Top qualifications are the cornerstone of a successful career and form the basis of our business model. A fact that provides us with the basic principle of our personnel development: we encourage our employees on an individual basis – from vocational training to further training programs for specialist and management staff.

Vocational training

We offer young people the ideal conditions for starting off their professional career in an international company. Employment opportunities range from business management and industrial/technical professions, scholarships for subsequent studies, various internships and practical semesters, right through to employment in one of our plants abroad.

Further training

We individually promote the further personal and professional development of our employees. Specific qualification programs are created on a target agreement basis, including, for example, succession planning and a high potentials program that prepares staff for technical and management functions.
