With the Neumayer Tekfor International Trainee Program we offer post graduated bachelors the opportunity to write their Master Thesis in cooperation with a global player.

During an 18-month program you will get to know all routine processes in your related a-rea. Starting at our home base, you will be moving to different locations, partially abroad, e.g. to Brazil, the US or Italy (each stay abroad should last from 3 to 4 months), before returning to our headquarters in Offenburg where you can conclude your traineeship writing a Neumayer Tekfor Master Thesis.

A high-ranked manager will be your mentor throughout the program.
