In order to secure the future, 2007 saw the development of the innovation program “Neumayer Tekfor Innovation Stream” (NTIS). NTIS supports the search for future products using a contradiction-oriented approach: a company that discovers and solves contradictions makes greater progressive steps in development than those using constant optimization and improvement processes. Even today, the evidence is already clear that NTIS is considerably increasing the number of our innovations and is significantly quickening the pace at which they reach market maturity.
